WellnessBiz ("we") handles personal data collected through World of Wellness early access as follows. If this translation differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.
1. What we collect and why
- Required: name, email, member type, field, booth interest
- Optional: company or brand name
- Automatic: traffic source (UTM), invite code, IP address for bot protection, cookie-free visit statistics
We use this to confirm your signup, announce the opening, share founding booth details, provide invite rewards and prevent abuse. We send marketing only if you opt in.
2. How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed signups: deleted 7 days after signup
- Confirmed signups: until one year after launch, or until you ask us to delete them
3. Processors and overseas transfer

If you don't want this transfer, please don't sign up. Early access won't be available.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email contact@wellnessbiz.co.kr.
5. Children under 14
Children under 14 cannot sign up.
6. Cookies
We don't use advertising cookies. Our bot protection service, Cloudflare Turnstile, may process the data it needs.
