Terms of service

Effective November 5, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms set out how you may use World of Wellness (the "Service"), run by WellnessBiz (the "Company").

2. Users

Guests can look around the world without signing up. Members must be 14 or older. Members with a profile can use notes and the network.

3. The Service

The Company provides the 3D world, halls, booth pages, network, board, events and ads. We may pause the Service for maintenance or faults.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following.

• Abuse, defamation, harassment or obscene content
• Impersonating another person or business
• False or exaggerated advertising, or unlawful content
• Disrupting the Service with automated tools
• Infringing others' personal data or copyright

5. Restrictions

If you break section 4, we may delete your posts, remove you from the world or suspend your use. We may also block guests from the same connection address for 24 hours.

6. Your content

You keep the rights and responsibility for the text and images you post. We display them as needed to run the Service.

7. Exhibitors and ads

Hospitals and clinics may not exhibit or advertise. Fees, terms and refunds for paid booths and ads follow a separate contract.

8. Leaving

Members can delete their account at any time in My profile. Records kept by law follow the privacy policy.

9. Liability

We do not guarantee deals between users or the accuracy of booth information. We remain liable for loss caused by our intent or negligence.

10. Changes

We announce changes on the site 7 days before they take effect, and 30 days before for changes that disadvantage you.

11. Disputes

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court set by the Civil Procedure Act.
